TrendMicro offers a free online anti-virus scanner, that can find and remove viruses. I like to use this site, when I am helping someone troubleshoot their computer and I think it might be infected by viruses.
This site is not a replacement for realtime anti-virus protection, it is meant as a way to augment your current protection.
Note: This scanner is an ActiveX control, so it requires the use of Internet Explorer to use it.
